Visagesoft for Windows® Help Designer is a stand alone and true WYSIWYG Windows help authoring tool. It provides all the basic features of a Help authoring software, including the ability to work with topics, set the browse order of topics, and open and save RTF files. It can also launch the Windows Help compiler to build the project. However, the features don't stop there. Advanced features let you embed graphics and multimedia objects; set non-scrollable portions of the Help file window; import C/C++, plain text, and RTF files; and export context ID maps for C/C++, Visual Basic, and Delphi, as well as export HTML-formatted code from the Help project.
